The World Health Organization (WHO) said on Wednesday that seven out of 24 hospitals are partially operating in northern Gaza, and are suffering from a lack of personnel and supplies.
WHO added in a press statement that "the situation of hospitals in Khan Yunis is catastrophic and indescribable.”
It noted that hundreds of thousands of civilians in northern Gaza and throughout the Strip are still deprived of aid.
In an infinite toll, the number of dead in the Gaza Strip rose to 25,700, the majority of whom were women and children, and about 63,740 injured, while more than 8,000 others are still missing under the rubble and on the roads as ambulance crews unable to reach them, since the start of the occupation’s aggression on October 7th.
The Israeli occupation forces continue to commit massacres in their ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip by land, sea and air, for the 110th day in a row, in light of a severe shortage of water and basic foodstuffs, a power outage, destruction of buildings, facilities and infrastructure, and the collapse of most hospitals.
