Today, Wednesday, witnessed a widespread strike across provinces in the West Bank, condemning the continuous Israeli aggression for the twelfth consecutive day on Gaza, particularly denouncing the horrific massacre perpetrated by occupation forces through the shelling of al-Moamadani Hospital in Gaza City. The strike left hundreds of martyrs in its wake, further fueling anger at the ongoing Israeli assault on our people.
The strike, called for by national and Islamic forces in the northern provinces, paralyzed all aspects of life. Universities, banks, commercial shops, and markets were closed, echoing the sentiments of the populace urging the continuation of confrontations against the occupation in all areas, streets, and squares.
Public transportation also ground to a halt, with strikes affecting all routes. Citizen movement was limited, and factories and plants shut their doors in solidarity.
