The Psychosocial Counseling Center for Women and their main partner, the General Union of Palestinian Workers, launched an awareness campaign titled "Whom to Complain to" in collaboration with two media networks, Wattan Media Network and Palestine News Network (PNN). The campaign aims to provide a decent and safe working environment for female workers.

The "Whom to Complain to" campaign highlights a project aimed at strengthening the complaints system by defining its concept and raising awareness about the mechanisms for filing complaints through complaint units. It also encourages all female workers who are subjected to any form of violence or harassment or who are not treated fairly with regards to their wages to file complaints by providing a safe platform that facilitates the process of filing complaints anytime and anywhere. The complaints will be recorded and followed up in secret through legal and union women's units working on providing legal consultations. In addition, a special team of highly experienced counselors at the counseling center will also work to provide psychological assistance to some complainants, ensuring that female workers' rights are protected and that their dignity is maintained in the workplace.

The campaign includes an advertising campaign for two months, producing and publishing informative designs, infographics, and radio spots on social media sites and the platforms of Wattan Media Network and Palestine News Network (PNN). It also supports reaching the largest possible audience, especially women, and includes media coverage of the "Whom to Complain to" campaign conference, which was held on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, and was attended by Minister of Women's Affairs Dr. Amal Hamad, General Secretary of the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions Shaher Saad, and the official representative of the International Labor Organization in Palestine, Farida Khan.

Khawla Al-Azraq, the Genral Director of the Psychological and Social Counseling Center for Women, and Aisha Hamouda, the Gender Equality Officer at the General Union of Palestinian Workers' Unions, who spoke about the importance of this campaign, which supports the issues of women who suffer greatly from violations and non-compliance by employers, both in terms of minimum wages or suitable working conditions, as well as monitoring the violations that women face in the labor market, and taking measures to ensure a suitable work environment for women, through cooperation with government agencies, international institutions, and all advocates for women's rights.

The "Whom Shall I Complain To?" campaign is part of a project to combat gender-based violence against women in the workplace, implemented by the Psychological and Social Counseling Center for Women in partnership with its main partner, the General Union of Palestinian Workers' Unions, and funded and supported by the African Women's Support and Development Fund.
