The Jerusalem District Electricity Company organised a humanitarian and social activity in the city of Bethlehem, visiting the St Nicholas Home for the Elderly in Beit Jala, where it distributed gifts to residents as part of its ongoing national, social and corporate social responsibility efforts.
The visit was attended by the director of the St Nicholas Home for the Elderly, Nizar al-Arja, and the secretary of the Fatah movement in Beit Jala, Mohammed Hmeideh.
The initiative forms part of a series of programmes implemented by the company to support the local community and promote values of solidarity and care for the most vulnerable groups, with a focus on bringing joy to the lives of elderly people and adding a sense of happiness during various occasions.
