Israel continues its wide-scale offensive in Jenin city and refugee camp for 55th consecutive day

Israeli occupation forces are continuing their wide-scale assault on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp for the 55th consecutive day, with ongoing demolition and burning of homes by the Israeli troops, and the conversion of others into military posts.

Local Sources reported that Israeli forces are still setting fire to homes in the Jenin refugee camp, with several houses burned yesterday. Israeli troops also fired flares near Al-Zahra School on the outskirts of the camp last night.

Additionally, Israeli forces have blocked the entrance to Jenin Government Hospital with dirt barriers, and military vehicles continue patrolling the surroundings of the camp and various streets of the city.

Israeli tanks and armored vehicles are also stationed around the camp, while bulldozers continue to raze streets and widen others for military vehicle access.

Since the beginning of the assault, Israeli forces have completely demolished around 120 homes in the camp, leaving around 20,000 residents displaced. Dozens of other homes have also been damaged.

Meantime, in the nearby village of Jalqamous, southeast of Jenin, Israeli forces raided several homes last night and turned them into military barracks.

Furthermore, Israeli forces stormed the towns of Qabatiya, Bir Al-Basha, and Ya'bad, deploying military vehicles in the streets, though no detentions have been reported.

Since the start of the Israeli assault on Jenin on January 21, 2025, 34 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces, dozens more injured, and significant damage has been inflicted on both public and private infrastructure.

Israeli forces continue their brutal assault on Tulkarm for 49th consecutive day

Israeli occupation forces are continuing their offensive in the city of Tulkarm and its refugee camp for the 49th consecutive day, and in the Nour Shams refugee camp to the east for the 36th day, in an ongoing escalation marked by intensive home raids, forced displacement of civilians, and the burning and demolition of homes.

Local Sources in the city reported that Israeli forces continue demolishing homes in various neighborhoods of the Tulkarm refugee camp, forcing residents to leave under threat and intimidation, particularly targeting the areas of Al-Murabba'at Hannoun, Qaqoon, and Abu Al-Foul.

Eyewitnesses stated that there was a wave of displacement in the Tulkarm refugee camp after midnight, following home raids, searches, and the destruction of personal belongings. Additionally, Israeli forces handed eviction notices to residents of the neighborhood of Dhannaba, near the camp, ordering them to vacate their homes by noon today.

On Saturday, Israeli forces forcibly evicted the remaining residents of Al- Murabba'at Hannoun neighborhood in Tulkarm refugee camp, threatening to detain anyone found in their homes afterward.

In a further escalation, Israeli troops deployed infantry units inside the camp's alleys this morning, chasing residents as they tried to leave their homes to gather basic supplies. Forces seized more homes, converting them into military posts and sniper positions.

Meanwhile, in Nour Shams refugee camp, Israeli forces set fire to a home and detonated others after displacing their residents. Troops continued to raid homes in several locations of the camp, specifically in the Al-Jabal Al-Nasr and Al-Mahjar neighborhoods, looting, vandalizing, and interrogating residents.

These ongoing attacks are part of Israel's broader escalation in Tulkarm and its refugee camps, which have resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant. Many others have been wounded or detained, while over 24,000 people have been displaced—12,000 from Nour Shams Camp and 12,000 from Tulkarm Camp.

The destruction caused by the offensive has been widespread, with damage to vital infrastructure, including water, electricity, sewage, and communication networks, as well as extensive destruction of homes, businesses, and vehicles, including both complete and partial demolitions, fires, and thefts.
