International relief organizations have confirmed that the Israeli military has prevented the entry of any food or humanitarian supplies into northern Gaza for the third consecutive week, amid ongoing military operations and a tightened blockade on Jabalia camp and northern areas.

In a joint statement issued today, Wednesday, by Oxfam and 37 global relief agencies, it was noted that since October 1, Israel has not allowed any food into northern Gaza, leading to the starvation of civilians while they are bombarded in their homes and tents.

The global relief organizations stated in the declaration, "The world cannot remain idle while the Israeli government commits atrocities.

Relief organizations emphasized that civilians should not be forced to flee to receive assistance and that those who choose to remain in their homes must be protected under international law. They condemned attacks against humanitarian workers, aid structures, and convoys, criticizing the daily ban on certain dual-use items, which are materials deemed applicable for military purposes.

The statement highlighted that northern Gaza is facing destruction and urged world leaders to immediately end the atrocities committed by Israel. The organization noted that bags of water and water testing tools were initially rejected in one shipment without reason, although they were later approved. Additionally, essential equipment for their staff, such as communication tools, protective gear, and generators for office operations, is also subject to restrictions.

Due to the limitations on humanitarian access and the entry of aid—especially in northern Gaza—only 2,874 trucks entered the region in February, representing just 20% of the daily aid that was provided before October 7.

Relief organizations stated that the world cannot remain passive while the Israeli government commits atrocities. They emphasized that civilians should not be forced to flee to receive assistance and that those who choose to stay in their homes must be protected under international law.

The organization asserted that the conditions in Gaza are worse than catastrophic, with the region on the brink of famine.
