The Israeli army is seeking to establish a new security reality on the ground by turning large areas inside the Gaza Strip into military zones.

Israel’s Channel 12 revealed in a report today, citing an Israeli security source, that the army is expected to complete its military operations in what is known as the “Yellow Line” area inside the Gaza Strip within a few weeks.

The occupation aims to impose a new security reality in Gaza by converting vast areas into closed military zones.

According to the source, current operations are focused on the “meticulous sweeping” of areas where the army has effectively established control within the Yellow Line, with the goal of fully securing them and destroying the remaining infrastructure of the resistance— including tunnels and underground hideouts.
