 The Deputy Speaker of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Dr. Hassan Khreisheh, said that the Israeli occupation continues to target civilians across various areas of the Gaza Strip, in clear violation of the ceasefire agreement.

Khreisheh added that what is happening in the West Bank “is not a series of isolated incidents, but rather a comprehensive Zionist plan aimed at displacing the Palestinian population through the collusion of settlers and the Israeli army in implementing a policy of ethnic cleansing.”

He pointed out that the occupation authorities “have unleashed settlers throughout the West Bank to advance their settlement projects,” emphasizing that the Israeli government “is proceeding with its expansionist and replacement schemes that aim to uproot the Palestinian people from their land.”

Khreisheh noted that the occupation “announces daily the establishment and legalization of additional settlement outposts as part of a policy of imposing new facts on the ground,” calling on the international community to take urgent action to stop these violations and hold the occupation authorities accountable.
