Three people were killed by fire from Israeli forces in the northern part of Rafah in the southern sector, as the occupying forces continue to violate the cease-fire agreement in the Gaza Strip, carrying out air strikes and intensive artillery shelling across large areas of the enclave, concurrent with house demolitions in the eastern districts of the cities of Gaza City and Khan Younis.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported 238 martyrs and 600 wounded, in addition to the recovery of the bodies of 510 martyrs since the cease-fire came into effect on 11 October 2025, and the receipt of the remains of 45 martyrs released today by the occupier after handing over 3 captive bodies last night — bringing the total number of martyrs’ bodies released to 270, of which 78 have been identified.
Israeli occupation aircraft launched strikes on areas east of Khan Younis late Monday night–Tuesday, alongside the demolition of homes in the region, in continued repeated breaches of the truce signed under the Donald Trump plan.
Yesterday, mediators in the truce called on Israel to halt the violations and allow sufficient humanitarian aid in accordance with the terms of the Trump plan. This comes amid a collapsing humanitarian situation in the enclave, with Israel continuing to control the flow of scant relief.
In this context, Israeli media channel 12 reported that the United States has distributed to UN Security Council members a draft resolution proposing the creation of an international force in Gaza for two years.
According to the report, the proposed force would have an executive character rather than merely a peace-keeping role, suggesting a U.S. move to establish new security arrangements in the territory under direct international supervision.
