The death toll from the ongoing Israeli military campaign on the Gaza Strip has risen to 54,056, with 123,129 others wounded since October 7, 2023, according to medical sources.

They that 3,901 Palestinians have been killed and 11,088 wounded since March 18, when Israeli forces resumed their offensive following the collapse of a temporary ceasefire agreement.

Over the past 24 hours, hospitals across Gaza received at least 79 fatalities and 169 injuries resulting from continued airstrikes and shelling. However, officials warn the actual toll is likely higher, as many victims remain trapped beneath rubble or lie in inaccessible areas due to the ongoing bombardment.

Medical sources also noted that casualty figures do not include data from hospitals in northern Gaza, where access has been severely restricted due to ongoing military operations and damaged infrastructure.
