The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Palestine, Francesca Albanese, said that what is happening in Gaza is not a war, but a genocide, and that there is no protection for Palestinian lives.

She added in a post on X that, "The evidence of the killing of paramedics in Rafah has been hidden, and that the Israeli army faces no restrictions or controls on the killing of Palestinians."

The UN Special Rapporteur also added that "Western leaders claim to protecting civilians, while rolling out the red carpet for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, considering protecting Netanyahu more important than protecting international law or protecting Palestinians."

Albanese emphasized that freedoms are being violated in the West, calling for a revolution against a regime that crushes freedoms and harms civilians.
