An elderly Palestinian man was killed on Wednesday afternoon after the Israeli occupation forces attacked him in the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus.

The mayor of Aqraba, Salah Jaber, reported that the occupation forces severely beat the elderly man, Sheikh Atef Malik Diriya, while he was on his land adjacent to a colonial street in the town’s lands, leading to his death.  

The ambulance officer in the Qablan municipality, Ahmed Al-Az’ar, said that the elderly man Diriya was later rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead of his wounds by the Ministry of Health.
