Local Palestinian sources announced the death of three Palestinians, two of whom were executed at dawn, and the third succumbed to a wound he sustained a week ago.
According to sources Israeli occupation forces this morning opened fire and killed two Palestinians at the entrance to Jaba town south of the northern West Bank city of Jenin, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
It identified them as Izz Eddin Basem Hamamreh, 24, and Amjad Adnan Khalilieh, 23, both from Jaba.
Palestinian security sources said that the Israeli soldiers opened fire at a car near the Jaba intersection and then pursued it until nearby Fandakoumieh village where the soldiers continued to open fire at the car killing its two passengers, Hamamreh and Khalilieh.
Soldiers had earlier set up a checkpoint at the Jaba intersection, leading to clashes with local residents. The soldiers opened fire at the residents hitting one in the leg.
Earlier today at dawn, medical sources at Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin announced, the death of Yazan Samer Al-Jabari (19 years), from the town of Al-Yamoun, west of Jenin, as a result of being shot by the Israeli occupation.
The young Jabari was injured on the second of this month, during storming Kafr Dan town west of Jenin by Israeli occupation forces to blow up the homes of the martyrs Ahmed Ayman Ibrahim Abed and Abdel Rahman Hani Subhi Abed.
With the killing of the three in Jaba and Kufor Dan, a total of 12 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli army gunfire since the start of the year, including three minors.
Last year, Israeli soldiers killed 224 Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including 59 in the Jenin governorate alone.
