Al-Wehdat Sports Club has won the 2022 Jordan Football Cup after defeating Shabab al-Aqaba Club in the final match that was held at  King Abdullah II Stadium in the Qweismeh area in the capital of Jordan, Amman.

Al-Wehdat ousted Shabab al-Aqaba 1-0 after Palestinian football player Shehab Qanbar scored a goal, handing the cup to al-Wehdat for the 11th time in their history.

The match was the last in the current football season 2022 in Jordan.

Qanbar, 24, a top Palestinian striker, moved to Jordan last July and signed with al-Wehdat in August.
