Israeli Supreme Court Assigns Trial for Khader Adnan, Thursday

On Sunday, a lawyer from the Palestinian Prisoners' Society, Jawad Bulus, said that the secretary of the Israeli Military Court within the Israeli Supreme Court had informed him that the petition was approved to assign a hearing session for the prisoner Khader Adnan. The session has been assigned for Thursday, February 23rd, at the court.
Bulus called this ruling acceptable, though he expressed regret considering Adnan's deteriorating health that a previous petition to hold an emergency session had been denied by the Ofer Military Court of Appeals.
