On Thursday 20th September, Addameer Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association said in a press release that the prisoner Hassan al-Safadi is determined to continue with his hunger strike, and that he stopped drinking water for three days now.
Al-Safadi also refuses the decision of the Israeli Military Court of Appeals that his administrative detention order will not be renewed and that he would be released in 29th October. The prisoner insists on his immediate release and he refuses to believe any promises from Israel.
Al-Safadi is currently at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, as he suffers from a very serious health condition, after he spent 92 days on Hunger Strike.
Addameer also said that the prisoner Samir al-Barq was transferred from Assaf Harofeh Medical Center to al-Ramlah hospital, and confirmed that the prisoner will continue with the hunger strike. Al-Barq entered today his 122 days of Hunger Strike.
It's worth mentioning that Al-Barq is waiting for his deportation preparations to Egypt.
For the prisoner Ayman Sharawna, he also determined to continue with the strike and today he entered his 82 days of hunger strike.
