On Wednesday 18th April, Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prison Nafha, who are currently on their 2nd day of hunger strike, in a protest they have termed "Victory or Death", threatened a dry hunger strike, which entails not passing anything through the lips including food, salts or water.
This threat was initiated following the decision, made by the prisons' administration, to confiscate electrical equipment and clothes from all of the prisoners in the prisons' departments.
Special sources from the information office of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, said that the prisons' administration cut off prisoners' access to hot water, and started transferring procedures for the prisoners in order to frustrate them, destroy their will and force them to stop their hunger strike.
It is anticipated that other prisons' administrations have and will continue to practice the same procedures on hunger strikers.
