PCP Receives Evaluation and Assessment Workshop

EUPOL COPPS has supported a training within the Palestinian Civil Police training department and Jericho Police Training Center to enhance the evaluation and assessment abilities.
In this one-week course, the 12 trainers in addition to commanding staff, received information about training needs assessment, curricula design, training follow up and evaluation, pre-training assessment and post-training evaluation.
Chief Superintendent Juergen Geschonke from the German Federal Police University was invited as an expert and lead instructor. During the last day of the workshop, participants at the Jericho Police Training Centre learnt how to measure the benefit of courses that police officers undertook.
