Video of Activist Climbing a Skunk Water Truck Outside Ofer Prison, Ramallah

On Tuesday 1st May, a video was released of a brave female activist climbing onto an Israeli military skunk water truck and waving the Palestinian flag, at a demonstration outside Ofer Prison in Ramallah.
Upon clmbing down from the truck, the activst was immediately surrounded by the Israeli Occupying Force, who sprayed her with pepper spray in the face, alongside other activists who were protecting her.
It was reported that a further four activsts were injured including Tayseer Arabsha, who was hit in the head with a rubber bullet and an old man who withheld injuries to the leg from rubber bullets.
The protest was held in solidarity with prisoners held by the Israeli prison service, currently on hunger strike in a protest against administrative detention, solitary confinement, lack of education in prisons and punitive measures undertaken by the IPS for hunger strikers which include no family visits.
