Mordechai: Israel is Not Interested in a New Escalation in Gaza

On Thursday 20th September, Israeli Occupation Forces spokesperson Yoav Mordechai claimed that Israel is not interested in a new escalation in the Gaza Strip.
Mordechai told Voice of Israel radio that "the missile which hit Gaza this morning was launched toward a specified target."
Two Palestinians were killed and a third was seriously injured during the Israeli aircraft that hit their car in Rafah. The victims were members of a special committee which was formed to supervise the tunnel network in Gaza.
According to Mordechai, the training exercise which was carried out by the Israeli army at Golan Heights yesterday has proved that the army forces have high defending skills.
He also revealed that this exercise was pre-planned and few people knew about it in advance.
