Admitting 280 Loaded Trucks to Gaza

Thursday, 7th June, Israeli authorities opened this morning, Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow the entrance of around 280 trucks loaded with goods and aid.

Gaza crossing official, Raed Fattouh, said that it is expected that 270 to 280 trucks will be admitted to Gaza for the industrial, agricultural and transportation sectors.

Within the loaded trucks, 48 out of them are loaded with gravels for the projects of the Water Authority, two trucks loaded with cement and construction iron for the projects of the UNDP.

Fattouh also said that limited quantities of cooking gas and artificial diesel will be pumped to the Gaza electricity station.
