Israeli Forces Raid Al-Baq’a, Demolish Agricultural Infrastructure

On Wednesday, 2nd May, Israeli forces accompanied by bulldozers and officers from the civil administration raided al-Baqa'a area, east of Hebron, near Kiryat Arba settlement and demolished a cistern used for collecting rain water.
Locals told Palestinian news Agency Wafa that the demolished cistern can collect up to 2000 cubic meters of water.
The agricultural infrastructure in that area is continuously targeted by the Israeli authorities to force their owners to abandon their properties and seize the lands for settlements' expansion project.
