On Thursday, 13th September, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, UNRWA, published on its website that 250,000 Palestinians need food, health services, and humanitarian assistance in Syria.
The Agency also appealed to donors to provide 54 million dollars for helping Palestinians affected by the crisis in Syria, where more than half million Palestinians live in Damascus, Aleppo, and some urban areas.
The Agency said that the majority need financial aid because their small projects were closed due to the crisis.
