Grand Opening of the Palestinian Art Court – Al-Hoash: A retrospective on Hassan Hourani

The Palestinian Art court formally opened its gallery space on April 7th in Jerusalem with an exhibit of paintings and drawings done by the late Palestinian Artist Hassan Hourani. Hourani died in 2003 at a very young age.
These pieces of artwork were presented for the first time in Jerusalem and the exhibit was an attempt to illustrate the outstanding career of Hourani, who was an internationally renowned artist. Hourani's book, "Hassan Everywhere" was also launched at the same time.
Al-Hoash gallery is located in East Jerusalem, near the tomb of kings. The gallery exists to collect, and promote Palestinian related visual arts of all kinds.
The exhibition was inaugurated on April 7th, and ran until May 4th.
