Settlers plow Palestinian land in village south of Nablus

Israeli settlers on Thursday mooring plowed private lands of citizens in the village of Urif, south of Nablus.

The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, said that the settlers of “Yitzhar” settlement, which is built on citizens’ lands south of Nablus, have begun plowing private lands for citizens in the Kufat al-Mnzzala area on the eastern side of the village of Urif.

He added that a number of agricultural tractors driven by settlers are in the area, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces.

He indicated that the settlers’ plowing the lands could be a prelude to seizing them.
