Unexploded Grad rocket found in Gaza Settlement


An unexploded Grad Rocket was found hours ago in the Nevah Sharon neighborhood of the Netivot settlement in the Gaza Strip, the Maariv daily reported Monday.

The Hebrew newspaper said the missile was fired from the Gaza Strip during the latest round of escalation that took place this weekend. Special forces of explosives engineers in the Israeli Police will transfer the rocket from the settlement.

Maariv reported that about 200 rockets and missiles were fired from the Gaza Strip during the recent round of escalation with 30 rockets being successfully intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome defense system.
