PLO Executive Committee Member Dr. Hanan Ashrawi met with Brazilian Representative Francisco Mauro Brasil de Holanda at the PLO Headquarters in Ramallah.
Both parties reviewed Palestinian-Brazilian relations, and Dr. Ashrawi expressed her gratitude to Brazil for its consistent support of Palestinian self-determination, freedom and human rights
The discussion also focused on the latest Palestinian political developments, the deteriorating conditions on the ground, the expansion of Israel’s illegal settlement enterprise, and Palestine’s latest moves in the international community, as well as future cooperation between Palestine and Brazil.
