Israeli Naval Forces open fire on Gaza fishermen

PNN/ Gaza/

The Israeli Naval Forces on Tuesday morning have targeted the Palestinian fishermen off al-Sudaniya shores, northern Gaza Strip, with random heavy machinegun fire.

The fishermen were reportedly sailing within the six-nautical-mile zone authorized by the Israeli occupation navy.

The fishermen immediately fled the scene, and no injuries were reported.

Gaza farmers and fishermen are targeted by Israeli Forces on an almost daily basis, despite the ceasefire signed between Hamas and Israeli occupation in August 2014.
