Two settlers announced dead of shooting, Palestinian killed on the spot

A Palestinian man was shot dead after he opened fire on Israeli settlers,  wounding five, two of whom have later succumbed to their wounds.

The shooting took place in Ammunition Hill in Jerusalem on Sunday morning.

Israeli sources said that a Palestinian, 39 years old from Silwan town in Jerusalem, was driving his car in Jerusalem when he opened fire, injured one,  kept driving towards Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood while police chased him and shot him dead.

Magen David Adom said six Israelis were wounded in the shooting and were moved to Hadassah Ain Karem hospital.
