IOF carrie out raids, search campaigns across the occupied West Bank

Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched Saturday night and at dawn raids and arrests in different cities and villages across the occupied West Bank.

In Bethlehem, south of the occupied West Bank, the IOF arrested two Palestinians, including a child during a raid on the village of Husan and detaineed five other citizens.

Local sources reported that Mohammed Ibrahim Sabatin and Isa Abdul Fattah Shusha (13 years) were both kidnapped, after a house search.

In Aida refugee camp, north of Bethlehem, eyewitnesses said that the IOF kidnapped Amjad Saleh Abu Akar, 20, and Saddam’s mind Dar al-Haj.

Furthermore, the IOF kidnapped Ahmed Yasser Salhab, 19, from al-Khader village, and Ahmad Issa Hamdan, 29, from east village Shawawrah.

A number of towns and villages in Nablus, north of the occupied West Bank, were also invaded by a dozens of Israeli jeeps.

According to locals, the IOF stormed Awarta and Burin towns and deployed throughout the neighborhoods amid heavy firing of teargas bombs. No arrests were reported during the raid.

In Jenin, several homes were also stormed. In Yabad town, south of the city, local sources said that the IOF soldiers were deployed in large numbers between the olive groves near the town and carried out combing operations in the area.

In the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, Israeli soldiers also have kidnapped two Palestinian men, after a number of Israeli extremists assaulted them.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Silwan (Silwanic) has reported that Israeli soldiers kidnapped Daoud Salaima and Ahmad al-Beitouni, after a number of extremist Israeli settlers attacked them, an issue that led to a scuffle.

The Israeli soldiers did not arrest or detain the Israelis who assaulted the two Palestinians.

In additction, the IOF also kidnaped a Palestinian man in Silwan; he was identified as Ali Abu al-Hamam, 47. Clashes took place in there and Abu Dis; one child injured.
