Palestinian first grader ran over by Israeli settler, badly injured

A Palestinian girl sustained serious injuries after she was run-over by an Israeli settler on Wednesday in Shuafat refugee camp, occupied Jerusalem.

According to locals, Raghad Ezzat, a first grader, was run-over and badly injured while on her way home from school, when an Israeli driver deliberately struck her with her car and fled the scene.

The girl was bleeding on the ground when people gathered up around her and called ambulances to rush her to the Ein Karem hospital in Jerusalem.

On a related note, a 60-year-old Palestinian woman, Zeinab Rashayda was killed after ran over by an Israeli settler near the Jordan valleys on Tuesday night.

Her daughter, Fatima Yassin (30) was moderately injured in the attack.
