Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) on Sunday noon have shot dead a Palestinian youth on Beita junction near Nablus, northern West Bank.
The Palestinian ministry of health confirmed the death of the youth, who was later identified as Qusai Abu Al-Rubb, 16 years old, from Qabatia village near Jenin.
Israeli media claimed that Qusai tried to stab Israeli soldiers at the checkpoint.
Since the morning, IOF kidnapped three Palestinians, including a 14 year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl, from Hebron, Jerusalem and Nablus, under “stabbing attempt” pretexts.
Last week, two children aged 14 from the same village were killed by IOF under the pretext of “using weapons” for shooting and stabbing soldiers.
On the same day, three more Palestinians were also killed.
Since then, eight Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire, at least four of them under the age of 15.
