Two Palestinian youths have been shot dead after allegedly stabbing, injuring two female settlers in Beit Horom illegal settlement near Ramallah city, central West Bank.
According to Israeli media, the two Palestinians who were identified as Hussein Abu Ghosh (17) and Osama Allan (22) , were shot dead by an Israeli guard after they entered a general store in the settlement and stabbed two settlers. One of them sustained critical injuries and the other had moderate wounds. They were both treated by Magen David paramedics and transported to medical centers in Jerusalem.
On Tuesday morning, one of the settlers was announced dead of her wounds in Hadassah hospital, Jerusalem.
On Sunday overnight, a 16-year-old Palestinian was announced dead of wounds he sustained when he allegedly tried to throw an explosive at an Israeli military outpost in Abu Dis town, east of Jerusalem, central West Bank. Other sources said that IOF shot him when he approached the outpost.
On Saturday evening, Roqayya Abu Eid (13) was shot dead by an armed Israeli guard of Anatot settlement northeast of Jerusalem for “wielding knife.”
The current tensions have began since the start of October, with the Israeli attacks on Al-Aqsa mosque and the settler arson attack that killed the Dawabsheh family in Duma, northern West Bank.
Since that day, more than 168 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli settlers, police, and army, in a popular uprising against the ongoing occupation.
Some 29 settlers were killed on the Israeli side in Palestinian operatives.
