Israeli Occupation Forces on Tuesday dawn broke into Deheisheh refugee camp to kidnap youths, then shot-dead a Palestinian youth when clashes erupted.
Malik Shahin (19) was fatally shot in the head by Israeli soldiers who broke into the camp this dawn. Shahin was rushed to the Beit Jala governmental hospital and announced dead there.
The invasion was faced with intense clashes, where soldiers threw teargas, sound bombs and live ammunition. Dozens suffered teargas inhalation.
IOF also kidnapped five youths from the camp, then withdrew.
About 21 yuths were kidnapped from cities all over the West Bank this morning.
The Palestinian Factional Coordination Committee announced mourning in Bethlehem following the shooting.
Immediately following the announcement of Malik’s death, clashes broke out in Aida refugee camp, located on the other side of othe city.
On Monday, another Palestinian youth was shot-dead in Hebron after he stabbed an Israeli officer in Hebron’s old city.
The number of Palestinian martyrs since Friday hit seven today, and the total death poll reached 117 since the beginning of October alone.
On the Israeli side, 17 settlers were killed.
