A third Palestinian was shot dead yesterday

A third Palestinian man was shot dead by the Israeli occupation forces yesterday after he stabbed to death a 21-year-old Israeli woman near the illegal Israeli settlement bloc of Gush Etzion.

He was identified as 34-year-old Issa Thawabta from Beit Fajjar in Bethlehem area, just south of Gush Etzion illegal settlement.

Besides Issa, yesterday alone other two Palestinians were killed by israeli settlers.

A Palestinian taxi driver was shot and killed by an israeli settler near the illegal Israeli settlement of Kfar Adumim. According to the Israeli police, the Palestinian man ran into another car on a main road and allegedly got out “with a knife in his hand”.

He was identified as Shadi Hassib, 32, from al-Bireh near Ramallah.

Less than an hour later, an israeli settler named Gershon Mesika, the former head of the Samaria regional council, ran over and then shot dead a 16-year-old Palestinian girl, in Nablus, allegedly saying that “I saw a big woman chasing after another woman wielding a knife. I veered to the right and ran into her”, according to the israeli media outlet Ynet News.

She was identified as Ashraqat Taha Ahmad Qatanani from Nablus.

More than 90 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli occupation forces since the beginning of October.
