Israeli Occupation warships on Thursday morning have opened fire on fishermen boats off Al-Sudaniya shore, northwest Gaza city.
Sources said that an Israeli warship attacked the boats which were fishing about four miles into the sea, within the Gazan buffer zone.
The shooting damaged two boats, making fishermen flee the sea.
Gaza fishermen have been reporting daily attacks by Israeli Naval Forces since the beginning of the truce last year. These attacks include shelling and detentions.
On Wednesday, Israeli Occupation Air forces struck two sites in Gaza in response to a previous alleged rocket on the southern Israeli borders, where sirens went off.
Following the strikes on Gaza, Israel said that the sirens “had mistaken a bullet for a rocket and went off” announcing that the was no rocket.
