Egypt re-closes the Rafah crossing, 150 arbitrarily deported

The Egyptian authorities on Thursday have re-closed the Rafah border crossing point, after opening it for four days starting last Monday.

The Borders and Crossings Authority said that 2579 travelers left Gaza, while 3278 travelers entered Gaza from Egypt through the Rafah during last four days.

The Crossings Authority added that the Egyptian authorities deported 148 traveler without mentioning reasons why.
