Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) yesterday and this morning arrested 4 boys from Sulwan neighbourhood in Jerusalem.
Official sources today reported that Suleiman Qara’en (17) was arrested by IOF soldiers in Ras al-Amood neighbourhood in Sulwan district, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The sources quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the IOF broke into the house of Suleiman Shuhada Qara’en during the early hours of this morning and arrested him, taking him to an interrogation centre in the city.
Yesterday, on the third day of Eid, the IOF also arrested three teenagers after breaking into their homes in Ras al-Amood neighbourhood: Ahmed al-Ghoul (17), Fathi Nasser (18) and Nour a-Zaghel (17).
The IOF last night broke into the house of a fifth teenager, Ossama Brahem in Mount of Olives neighbourhood overlooking Jerusalem old city. They carried out provocative acts of vandalism under the pretext of inspecting the house, before giving Ossama’s mother an order for her son to turn himself in to Israeli authorities.
