IOF target Gaza fishermen and farms — again

Israeli Occupation Naval Forces on Tuesday morning have targeted fishermen off the coast of Gaza, making them return to the shore. No injuries were reported.

Local security sources said that Israeli navy approached fishermen in their fishing zones, destructing one boat.

At the same time, IOF opened fire on farmers’ lands and homes East of Bureij refugee camp in the center of Gaza, with no injuries reported.

IOF have repeatedly targeted Gaza fishermen and farmers.

On Monday, the soldiers concentrated on the buffer zone between Gaza and Israel opened fire on agricultural lands East of Khan Younis city south of the Gaza strip, targeting civilians.

About a week ago, IOF opened heavy fire at fishing boats off the coast of several areas in the Gaza Strip. According to a local source, IOF targeted fishing boats off the coast of the town Beit Lahiya as well as an area in northwest Gaza. No injuries have been reported.

Three weeks ago as well, IOF have opened fire on farmers and homes in Khan Younis city, southern Gaza strip.

This has been going on since the fire truce between Israeli occupation authorities and Hamas in Gaza, following the 51-day attack on Gaza which killed over 2,200 people.
