After welding shut the doors and windows of martyr Udai Abu Jamal’s family home in Jerusalem Wednesday morning, Israeli occupation forces broke into the neighbourhood during the evening to shut the house with concrete.
To completely close down the house, IOF have filled its insides with cement via holes in the doors and windows.
On Wednesday early hours, IOF have welded shut the homes of martyr Udai Abu Jamal in Jabal Al-Mukabber neighborhood East Jerusalem, after evacuating it and imposing a military chord around the area.
Local sources said that an overwhelming number of soldiers broke into the neighborhood at about 3 AM, evacuated the home and began the welding process.
The family said that soldiers prevented them from approaching the house, and forced them to go away, providing no justification for the attack.
Udai and his cousin, Ghassan Abu Jamal were killed on 18 November 2014 by Israeli soldiers, after they attacked the Synagogue of Har Nof settlement West Jerusalem. The attack resulted with the killing of 5 Israelis and wounding 12 others.
The martyrs’ bodies were detained for more than one and a half months, and Israeli supreme court ruled that their homes be demolished in the second half of 2014.
