IOF open fire on farmers and homes in Khan Younis, Gaza

Israeli occupation forces Tuesday morning have opened fire on farmers and homes in Khan Younis city, southern Gaza strip.

Sources said that the soldiers in military watchtowers -concentrated in the buffer zone-  opened fire at the homes and farmers in Khuza’a town, East Khan Younis  city. No injuries were reported.

Two weeks ago, Israeli military vehicles entered into civilians’ agricultural lands east of Khan Younis. Sources reported shots fired.

According to the official agency, around 7 military vehicles, including 3 bulldozers and 4 tanks, moved into civilians’ farmlands in east al-Qurara, on the basis that the military base ‘Kesufim’ is located on those lands east of the village.

Gazan farmers anf fishermen have been repeatedly targeted on their lands by the Israeli occupation, giving no respect to the ceasefire which ended 51-days of aggression against Gaza, killing at least 2,200 people according to UN statistics.
